Although face to face contact has always been the best way to connect with others and there are so many benefits to be had, it also has to be said that digital support is growing as there is also a need for it too. Often individuals cannot get appointments due to waiting lists, others do not want to engage with "clinical" staff, and for many others they also want to research and learn about their own conditions too and try to self manage wherever they can. So, for many reasons, digital content is something that we will be adding too whenever we can.
We do have an excellent eLearning course which has plenty or opportunities to interact online if you choose to do so, along with using our social media groups to connect with others - so we are enjoying the benefits of digital interaction too.
We also uses many different methods of contacting our clients too using good old fashioned telephone, text, email, whatsapp, messenger, text, video conferencing, webinar and podcasting
