This is a group session which can be delivered face to face or online to a group of up to 15 participants at a time. It gives an introduction along with the flavour of what would be in our full 7 x 3 hour course. It also means that individuals and organisations can choose whether to invest the time in the full 7 session course, and will also help participants understand the concept of "peer" work.
